Your training lives in four apps that never talk.

A lifting log. A running app. A food tracker. A sleep band. Each knows one slice of your week, so none of them can tell you what to do next. Fortior puts lifting, cardio, food and recovery in one place, then does the math across all of it.

1,502exercises, each with an illustrated how-to

Walk in knowing your weights

Fortior suggests the weight for each set from your recent sets of the same lift, aimed at the reps and effort your plan calls for. Run a ready-made program or build your own. Bench taken? Swap in a substitute without losing your place.

Log without breaking your rhythm

Templates, a rest timer and per-set notes keep you moving. Your workout follows you to the Lock Screen and your Apple Watch, so the next set is always a glance away.

See progress you can trust

Your estimated max for every lift. Hard sets per muscle. Highlights that celebrate only real wins: a new heaviest lift, more reps at the same load, a first-time exercise. No participation trophies.

Lifting and cardio, finally on one page

Record runs, rides and dozens of other activities live or import them. Heart-rate zones show how hard each session really was, and two load scores put your lifting and conditioning in the same week view.

Hit your macros without the busywork

Scan a barcode or nutrition label, search, or reuse a saved meal, then see calories and macros for every meal. Water and supplements live in the same log. With Premium, snap your plate and review the estimate before it's saved.

Know when to push and when to back off

Connect what you already wear. Readiness reads your sleep, heart-rate variability and resting heart rate. A deload suggestion appears only when several fatigue signals line up at once, not every time you sleep badly.

An AI coach that shows its work

Ask Fortior about your training, food or recovery. Every number it cites comes from your own records, and any figure it can't source is removed before you see it. AI stays off until you turn it on.

Private by default

Your records stay on your phone unless you turn on Cloud sync. Fortior doesn't sell personal data, serve ads or track you across apps. Export everything, any time.

Bring your coach

Accept your coach's invitation and choose exactly what they see. They plan your program in Coach Workspace, and it shows up in your app, ready to train.

  1. Log your first workout. Pick a program or start empty. No account required.
  2. Connect what you already use. Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura or Strava, or none at all.

Questions

Do I need an account?

No. Log workouts and meals right away. Signing in adds Cloud sync backup and hosted AI answers.

Does it work in a gym with no signal?

Yes. Logging, your history and workout suggestions work offline. Cloud sync, hosted AI and provider imports wait for a connection.

Do I need a wearable?

No. Every connection is optional. Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura and Strava add sleep, heart-rate and activity detail if you use them.

Will it fit my program?

Run one of the preset programs, follow a plan from your coach, or log freely and let Fortior track what you did.

Which devices does it support?

iPhone, with an Apple Watch companion. There's no Android app today.

Is this medical advice?

No. Fortior's estimates are educational and based on your own logs. Talk with a qualified professional about medical questions.

Your training already has the answers. Fortior reads them.
