Weights for every lift
Fortior suggests each weight from your recent sets of the lift, aimed at the reps and reps in reserve your plan calls for and rounded to a step you can load. Tap a suggestion to see why.
For hybrid athletes
Fortior suggests the weight for every lift, records or imports your cardio, and shows both kinds of training in one load and readiness picture, so your week reads as one plan instead of two logs.
A heavy squat day and a hard run land in the same week, but they usually sit in separate apps. Fortior keeps both in one history, with a load score for each and a readiness read that counts both, so you can see how the week adds up.

Record runs, rides, rows and dozens of other activities live, with a GPS route outdoors, or import them from Apple Health and Strava. The same session from two sources is matched, not counted twice.
Every cardio session gets a Cardio Load Score and every lifting workout a Muscular Load Score, each out of 100. Progress shows the last 28 days of both, and neither is added into the other.
Readiness compares your recent training, lifting and cardio together, with your HRV and sleep when you connect a source, against your own last 28 days. It nudges suggested weights by at most 5%.
When hard cardio lands within a few hours before a lift, or a lift lands within a day before hard cardio, Fortior can show a Training Nudge on Today that says so in plain words. It doesn't change your plan. Tap Recompute in Progress to check the last 30 days.
See weekly hard sets for each muscle and your minutes in each heart-rate zone in the same app. The Intensity Distribution card shows how your cardio splits between easier and harder zones.
Set different targets for training, rest and event days, and Fortior picks the right one from what you logged. Log meals by barcode, nutrition label, search or saved meal, with water and supplements in the same log.
Workout and cardio logging, suggested weights, Apple Health and Strava imports, meal logging, preset programs, your complete history and export.
Advanced analytics, Ask Fortior answers across your lifting, cardio, food and recovery, sport-specific program building and more program options. Plans and prices appear in the app.
Yes. The training balance behind readiness folds your logged cardio in with your lifting, so a hard week of running shows up. HRV and sleep join when you connect a source.
Fortior keeps them apart. Cardio Load Score reflects your heart rate during a session and Muscular Load Score reflects the lifting you completed. Neither is readiness, calories or a rating of the workout.
No. A Training Nudge describes what happened, such as a lower-body lift within a few hours of hard cardio. It doesn't prescribe a change, and a change Ask Fortior suggests waits for your approval.

Connect Strava, WHOOP and Oura in Settings under Integrations, and Apple Health from its own row. Apple Watch workouts arrive through Apple Health, and WHOOP receives Fortior workouts through Apple Health too. Sessions from different sources are matched so they aren't counted twice.
They can. Create targets for Every day, Training day, Rest day or Event day under Nutrition → Library and preferences → Targets. A finished workout makes it a training day, and a target for that day type is used before an every-day target.
No. Load scores, readiness and nudges are educational estimates from your own logs, not a diagnosis or a prediction of injury. Talk with a qualified professional about medical questions.
