The connector address

https://mcp.fortior.app/mcp

Paste it into any AI tool that supports remote MCP connectors with sign-in. It uses OAuth, so you never paste a password or key.

Connect Claude

  1. Add a custom connector. On claude.ai or the Claude desktop app, open Customize → Connectors, choose + Add → Add custom connector, name it Fortior and paste the address above. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector, and once it's added the Claude phone app can use it too.
  2. Choose Connect. Claude opens a Fortior page with a QR code and an 8-character code.
  3. Approve on your iPhone. Scan the code, or open Fortior and go to Settings → Connected AI tools and type the code. Pick what Claude can read, then tap Approve.
  4. Ask away. The Fortior page sends you back to Claude, and the connection is ready.

Connect ChatGPT

  1. Add a custom MCP server. On chatgpt.com, open Plugins, choose + → Add custom MCP server, paste the address above, set sign-in to OAuth, and choose Create as a plugin. Custom MCP servers are available on some ChatGPT plans only.
  2. Install the plugin. ChatGPT opens the same Fortior approval page.
  3. Approve on your iPhone in Settings → Connected AI tools, as above.

Menu names in Claude and ChatGPT change from time to time. If a step looks different, look for "connectors" or "plugins" in that tool's settings. For example questions to ask once you're connected, see Analyze your workouts with ChatGPT or Claude.

You choose what it reads

Each connection gets its own switches: workouts and plans, equipment, readiness check-ins, sleep and recovery, cardio and daily activity, body composition, nutrition, health labs and vitals, private notes, and workout video details. They start from your Ask Fortior data choices. Your units, goals and sport are always shared, so answers make sense.

What stays out unless you say so

Cardio routes and GPS tracks, raw heart-rate and other sensor streams, progress photos, meal photos and still frames from workout videos are shared only if you turn them on for that connection under Extra detail. Each needs its own category switched on, and a route can show where you train, including near your home. While a photo switch is on, Fortior uploads shrunk copies with the location and camera details removed so the tool can view them; turning it off or disconnecting deletes the copies. Your original photos and video files stay on your phone. Connections are read-only, so the tool can't change your plan, logs or settings.

Export everything

Ask the tool for a full export of what you shared: every meal and food with its macros and micronutrients, every workout and set, your training trends, cardio, sleep, body measurements and labs. It reads them page by page, exactly as Fortior stores them.

Disconnect any time

Settings → Connected AI tools lists every connection with when it was last used. Disconnect, and the tool's access stops on its next request.

Questions

Does Fortior see my chats?

No. Fortior only sees which tools the AI calls and the data it asks for. Your conversation stays with the AI provider, under that provider's privacy terms.

Where does my data go?

The data you approve goes to the AI tool you connected, and that provider's privacy terms apply to it from then on. Choose only the kinds of data you're comfortable sharing with that provider.

Does Fortior record how I use it?

Every call is kept in a security log for 90 days. If you turn on Share usage analytics, Fortior also records which tools are used and how, never your values or anything you type. See the privacy policy.

Why does it need Premium?

The connector is part of Fortior Premium and paid Coach plans. Free members see the upgrade in the app.

Why can't the AI tool see my latest workout?

The connector reads what Cloud sync has uploaded. Open Fortior while you're online so your phone syncs, then ask again.

Is this medical advice?
