Fortior

For WHOOP, Oura and Apple Watch

Put your recovery data to work.

Connect WHOOP, Oura or Apple Health and Fortior reads your recovery against your own usual range. Then it uses it where it matters: today's suggested weights, your deload signals and your sleep and training charts.

A recovery score on its own doesn't change what's on the bar.

Fortior brings your WHOOP, Oura or Apple Health data into your training log, compares it with your own history and lets it nudge your suggested weights by a few percent. You still make the call.

Connect what you already wear

Connect WHOOP or Oura in Settings under Integrations, and Apple Health from its own row. Apple Health also carries data from your Apple Watch, and InBody and MyFitnessPal reach Fortior through it. Every connection is optional.

Readiness against your own baseline

Fortior's readiness blends your recent training, your HRV and your sleep, each compared with your own last 28 days. It needs about seven logged workouts to get going, and it works from whatever sources you have.

HRV compared with you, not a chart

Fortior compares your last seven days of HRV with your previous 28, one source at a time, so Apple Health's and WHOOP or Oura's different HRV statistics are never mixed. With too little data, HRV stays out of the picture instead of guessing.

Sleep shown next to training

See sleep beside your lifting and cardio: duration, stages and HRV, plus a chart that looks at how sleep and training line up in both directions. It describes patterns in your own data, never what causes what, and waits for at least five matching pairs.

Suggested weights that read your recovery

Readiness moves a suggested weight by at most 5%, either way, and Today flags it, for example "Load suggestions adjusted −3% today". It trims or lifts the weight Fortior's own math suggests. It doesn't replace it.

A deload only when the signs agree

A Deload suggested card appears on Today only when several signs of fatigue line up, such as lower HRV than usual, short sleep, falling lifts or sets feeling harder than planned. A missing source counts neither way, and sleep or HRV alone never triggers one.

Ask Fortior about your recovery

With Fortior Premium, ask how your sleep and HRV lined up with last month's training. Answers are built from your own records and checked against them, and you choose which categories Ask Fortior can read, including connected sleep and recovery.

Up and running in minutes

  1. Connect a source. In Settings under Integrations, connect WHOOP, Oura or Apple Health. Fortior reads your recent sleep and HRV when you sync.
  2. Log a few workouts. Readiness gets going after about seven, compared with your own last 28 days.
  3. Check Today and Progress. Readiness and any weight adjustment show on Today. Sleep and HRV are under Progress, in Sleep.

Questions

Which devices does it work with?

WHOOP and Oura connect directly, and Apple Health carries data from your Apple Watch and other apps. InBody and MyFitnessPal reach Fortior through Apple Health. Other devices reach Fortior only when their own app writes to Apple Health.

Does it replace my WHOOP or Oura score?

No. WHOOP and Oura scores show as the provider recorded them, and Fortior doesn't convert or average them into its own. Readiness is Fortior's separate read, built from your training, HRV and sleep.

What if I have no HRV source?

Readiness works from your logged training alone, lifting and cardio together. Once a connected source provides HRV, HRV and sleep join the blend. Missing data isn't treated as poor recovery.

Does readiness use resting heart rate?

No. Resting heart rate isn't part of the readiness blend. Fortior uses it to set your heart-rate zones.

Will it tell me to skip a workout?

No. Readiness nudges suggested weights by a few percent and leaves the decision to you. A deload suggestion changes nothing in your program unless you choose to plan the lighter week.

Is this medical advice?

No. Readiness, HRV and sleep figures are educational estimates from your own data and connected sources. They are not a diagnosis, and a low read isn't a reason to ignore how you feel. Talk with a qualified professional about medical questions.

Your recovery data is already on your wrist. Put it to work.
