What's included

What does Fortior Free include?

Logging workouts, cardio and meals, the exercise library, preset programs, your full history, export and nutrition-label scanning. Fortior Help, which answers how-to questions in the Coach tab, is free too. If Premium ends, free logging and your existing history remain available.

What does Fortior Premium add?

These are the Premium features in the app today:

• Ask Fortior answers about your own training, food and recovery. They need sign-in and AI turned on.
• Advanced analytics and all-time trend comparisons, such as the Training and Recovery categories in Progress and deeper strength and nutrition analytics.
• Photo and AI analysis: meal-photo estimates, progress photo analysis with a body-fat range estimate, health document photo scan, and the workout video technique review beta.
• Written AI summaries in weekly and monthly reviews.
• Some program-building options, such as the weak-point session, a one-off workout aimed at the muscles you've trained least lately.
• The AI connector, for reading your Fortior data from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools.

Estimates from photos and AI are estimates, not measurements.

I have Premium but can't see a feature. Why?

Check three things. Under Settings → Experience, set Training controls to Show detailed training controls and turn on Advanced analytics. For AI features, make sure you're signed in and AI is on under Settings → AI features. Then open Settings → Subscription → Manage Fortior Premium and tap Restore purchases.

How do I subscribe?

Sign in first, so Premium attaches to your Fortior account. Then open Settings → Subscription → Manage Fortior Premium. Plans and prices appear in the app, with any free-trial terms, before you buy. Apple charges you when you confirm, and subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. If you have an Apple offer code, tap Redeem code on the same screen.

How do I cancel Fortior Premium?

Cancel through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Fortior. You can also tap Manage App Store subscription on the Premium screen when you have an active subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Apple's subscription settings show when your access ends. The same screens let you change plans. Fortior can't cancel a subscription for you.

How do I get a refund?

Refund requests for App Store purchases go to Apple. For any other question about a charge, use the support form and leave out payment details.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings → Subscription → Manage Fortior Premium and tap Restore purchases. Use it after reinstalling, on a new iPhone, or when your access looks out of date. You need to be signed in. Restore finds purchases made with the Apple ID that is signed in to the App Store on that iPhone, and it can't move a purchase between Apple IDs. If access still looks wrong, send feedback from Settings with the rough purchase date, and never include payment details.

Coach plans and sponsored Premium

Do coach plans include Premium?

Yes. Every Fortior for Coaches tier includes the coach's own personal Premium. It is one membership, bought through Apple under Settings → Fortior for Coaches → Become a Coach, and managed in Coach mode with Manage Coach membership. To restore a Coach purchase, use Restore Coach purchase on that screen. Plans and prices appear in the app.

Can my coach give me Premium?

A coach can offer to sponsor your Premium when they invite you. Coaching access and sponsorship are separate: the invitation says whether it includes Premium. Sponsorship starts only after you accept and Fortior confirms the coach has an available seat. If it ends, your history remains yours. If you also have your own subscription, Apple keeps billing it until you cancel. See Working with a coach.
