Spreadsheets and check-in texts don't show you the training.

You write the program, then wait for screenshots and guesses about how it went. With Fortior, your athletes log in an app built for training, and you see the sets, effort, recovery and food they choose to share, in one place.

Plan programs where athletes train

Propose a weekly program, move workouts to other days or swap in a compatible exercise, from Coach Workspace or the iPhone app. Athletes review each change, or let validated changes apply on their own.

See how training really went

Completed workouts with sets, weights and effort ratings, plus readiness, sleep, cardio, nutrition and body composition when the athlete shares them. Missing data shows as missing, never as zero.

Athletes stay in control

Every category starts off. Athletes approve what you see, can pause or revoke access at any time, and you can request specific categories with a note. That trust is what keeps athletes logging honestly.

Technique videos and progress photos, by permission

Athletes can mark a workout video visible to you, or share progress photos, each as its own choice. You watch through private, short-lived links while that permission is on.

Coach live sessions

With the athlete's permission, enter sets during their live workout. Sets you add are marked as coach-entered, and the athlete still records heart rate from their own strap.

A drafting assistant, not an autopilot

Fortior AI can summarize what an athlete shares and draft a proposal for you to review. It can't publish or change a program on its own.

Seats that fit your roster

Pick a Coach tier by how many active athletes you coach. Pending invitations and archived athletes don't use a seat, and you can sponsor Premium for athletes you accept.

Start coaching in three steps

  1. Become a Coach. In the Fortior app, open Settings, then Fortior for Coaches, and choose Become a Coach. Pick a tier and subscribe through Apple.
  2. Invite your athletes. Send invitation links from Coach Workspace, or share your public Coach ID so athletes can request you.
  3. Coach from real data. Plan programs and review what each athlete shares, at coach.fortior.app or in Coach mode on your iPhone.

One membership, both roles

Coach membership

Coach Workspace, invitations, programming and reviews, your chosen number of active-athlete seats, and the option to sponsor Premium for accepted athletes. Tiers and prices appear in the app before you subscribe.

Your own training included

Every Coach tier includes full Fortior Premium for your personal account. Switch between Personal and Coach mode in Settings.

Questions

How do I pay for a Coach membership?

Through Apple, in the Fortior app on iPhone or iPad: Settings, then Fortior for Coaches, then Become a Coach. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel and restore are managed through Apple too. Coach Workspace never asks for payment details.

Do my athletes need to pay?

No. Athletes log for free. You can sponsor Fortior Premium for athletes you accept, and an invitation says whether it includes Premium.

What can I see about an athlete?

Only the categories they share, such as completed workouts, plans and performance, readiness, sleep, cardio, nutrition, body composition, labs, notes, technique videos and progress photos. Private Ask Fortior conversations are never shared, and cardio routes stay out of coach review.

Can I change an athlete's program?

Yes, if the athlete turns on Publish program changes. By default they review and accept each revision, and they can revert one that was applied.

Can I coach from a computer?

Yes. Coach Workspace at coach.fortior.app uses the same Fortior account as the app. You subscribe once, in the app.

What happens if an athlete stops sharing?

Your access to that category ends when the change reaches the server, including any copies you had. You're told when an athlete starts, changes, pauses or stops sharing.

Coach the training, not the screenshots.
